Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment processing; we do not store your card details. <p>Engraved and personalized items are produced to your specification. Please check your spelling and character choice carefully before ordering — we produce exactly the text submitted. Personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or the personalization differs from what you submitted.</p>

<p>You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information, including a correct shipping address and a working email address, so that we can complete your order and contact you when needed.</p>
